### Socialism 2021 | A Summer School of Radical Ideas

**Friday 4th – Saturday 5th June, on Zoom.**

The Covid-19 crisis has tragically exposed the endemic inequality at the heart of the capitalist system, and its inability to sustain humanity on a just and sustainable basis.

Where there is injustice, however, there is resistance: dramatically demonstrated by the inspirational movements growing in places as diverse as Palestine, India, Colombia and Myanmar.

The Socialism 2021 Summer School will discuss the causes behind this crisis, and the ideas needed to find a way out.

**Jesse Hagopian** is the co-editor of Black Lives Matter at School: An Uprising for Educational Justice.

**Trevor Ngwane** is a socialist activist who spent twenty years as a full-time organiser in South Africa.

**Me Me Khant** is from Yangon, Myanmar and has been organizing both virtual and in-person rallies in the Myanmar diaspora community, including Milk Tea Alliance rallies and global protests.

**Marta Pych** is a socialist and abortion right campaigner from Poland.

**Tafadzwa Choto** is a socialist activist and student at University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
